These terms apply to your use of this website (“the site”), which is run by the site owner (“we”, “us”). By using the site, or buying anything through it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About the site

The site is here to tell you about us and what we offer. We try to keep everything on it accurate and up to date, but details such as dates, times, prices, menus, opening hours and availability can change, and we may update or remove content at any time without notice.

2. Tickets, purchases and donations

Where the site lets you buy tickets or products, or make a donation, the payment itself is taken by an independent payment provider (such as Stripe, Square or PayPal) on that provider's own secure page. Your card or account details are entered there and never pass through this site.

• Your receipt. The payment provider emails you a receipt for every order. For tickets, that receipt is your ticket unless we tell you otherwise: keep it and bring it with you.
• Prices. Prices are shown in the currency stated on the site. Any taxes or fees that apply are shown before you pay.
• Order references. Every order carries a reference such as TWC-XXXXXXXX. Quote it when you contact us about an order.
• Changes, cancellations and refunds. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us using the details below. If an event is cancelled or moved, we will contact ticket holders at the email address given at checkout and explain what happens to their tickets. Refunds, where they are due, are made through the same payment provider to the original payment method.
• Limits. We may limit how many tickets or items one person can buy, and we may cancel and refund an order we reasonably believe is fraudulent or made in breach of these terms.

Nothing in this section takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

3. Your information

We keep what we collect to a minimum:

• At checkout, the payment provider collects your name, email address and payment details under its own privacy policy, and shares with us only what we need to fulfil the order (your name, email address and what you bought).
• Your cart is stored in your own browser until you check out. It is not sent to us before then.
• Email you send us is kept for as long as we need it to reply and to deal with your order.
• Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We do not sell your information, and the site does not carry advertising trackers. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact us using the details below.

4. Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites, including ticket, map and social-media services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

5. Content and ownership

The text, images and other material on the site belong to us or to the people who let us use them. You may view and share links to the site freely; please do not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without asking us first.

6. Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from relying on information on the site, from the site being unavailable, or from anything on a site we link to. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on the site when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
